Why do you deliver the evening before the day i booked?

When looking at the complaints posted for the industry, we noticed a common issue where customers were upset that the inflatable was late to the party. To avoid this, we decided to deliver the evening before. Aside from never being late, the additional benefits are that it’s one less thing for you to attend to on the day of the event, and it’s extra bounce time for your kids at no extra cost!

The listing says 8 hours. Will I be charged for additional hours?

No. Our system uses an 8-hour rental period to trigger automated events such as delivery notifications. You will have the inflatable for more than 8 hours and will only be charged an additional rental period if you extend the rental for additional days.

I’m trying to book, but the calendar only shows that 9 AM is available.

The system uses 9 am as the default start for that day’s rental. When you’re looking at the calendar, the dates shown in GRAY signify that the inflatable you selected is fully booked for that day. The dates shown in BLACK signify availability. Please find an available inflatable for your date and select the default 9 am button to book that day. Once you select 9 am, you’ll be given the option to continue or add additional days.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. You won’t find any sneaky transaction fees or other frivolous charges here. We can’t stand them either.

Are delivery and setup extra?

No. Delivery and safe setup are included with the cost of the rental.

How often is the equipment cleaned?

All inflatables are cleaned before each customer’s rental. We will also spray the equipment with a multipurpose solution that is a sanitizer for 99.99% of germs, a disinfectant for fungus, and a virucide for viruses like Coronavirus and HIV-1. The chemical is completely safe once dry and is even recommended by the manufacturer as a laundry additive.

Do I need to keep it running the whole time?

No. Once the bounce house is no longer in use, feel free to deflate as needed by either unplugging the extension cord or turning off the switch on the blower. Equally, you can reinflate as needed by plugging it back in or turning it back on.

Do I need any special equipment?

No. We just need access to a regular outlet. We will provide the extension cords and everything needed to set up the bounce house.

Will the inflatable be TETHERED to the ground?

Yes. Safety is our top priority, so we want to ensure the inflatable does not move once positioned.

WHAT IF I NEED THE INFLATABLE BEYOND THE 6 PM PICKUP TIME?

We’ll do everything possible to accommodate your needs. At checkout, there is a "special instructions" field where you can request a late pickup time. Please be mindful of other customers, as inflatables frequently go directly to the next customer, and we don't want to inconvenience them by delivering late into the evening.

What if I’d like to rent an inflatable, but I’m concerned about the up-front booking charges?
